Alessio Genito
He graduated in Law at the University of Florence with top marks cum laude, discussing a thesis on constitutional law with Prof. Stefano Grassi.
After graduating, he won one of the 25 scholarships offered for attendance at the 'Silvano Tosi Seminar for Parliamentary Studies and Research', organised at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Florence and recognised as the University Centre for Research, Transfer and Higher Education of the University of Florence under the name 'Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Research'.
Lawyer Alessio Genito has focused his professional training in the field of public law: he mainly practices in the areas of administrative law and public company law; he follows, in particular, the subjects of tenders, concessions, public services, town planning, anti-corruption, as well as health law, offering specific advice both in and out of court. He also handles civil law matters with special reference to contracts and the third sector.
He carries out his professional activity in favour of both public administrations and private individuals and companies.
He has numerous publications to his credit and has been a speaker at numerous conferences and training initiatives.
